Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?

We aim for same-day shipping if ordered by 9:00 AM PST on weekdays. Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Fridays will ship on Monday (excluding holidays). Allow an extra handling day for all orders and 1-2 additional days for personalized jerseys. Tracking info will be emailed once shipped.

Transit times are estimates; carrier delays are beyond our control.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-7 business days.

USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days.

Please note, it’s common for packages in transit to not be scanned for a few days even if they’re on schedule.

We currently ship worldwide in partnership with Glopal.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return a product?

Items should be unused, unworn, in original condition, and packaging. Return or exchange your purchase within 30 days (exclusions apply). Start a return or exchange process here.

For international orders, please open a support ticket here. We don’t provide pre-paid return labels.

If you purchased $2.98 re:do return protection, your return shipping is free for exchanges, refund or store credit. If you have not purchased $2.98 re:do return protection, you will be responsible for the cost to ship your return. 

As a small business, we can’t accept returns on used items. We offer free shipping on orders over $99 and jerseys $75+ (exclusions apply), along with easy returns and fast shipping. Our policy differs from larger retailers, but we strive to provide great prices and service.

Customized items, like personalized jerseys, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items discounted 30%+ are exchangeable or creditable but not refundable.

Refunds
How long will it take to receive my refund?

Allow 2-3 business days for return processing. Your bank may require 2-5 days to process and reflect the refund in your account. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.

Package Theft or Loss
What if my tracking says delivered but I can't find the package?

We cover your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once the carrier marks it as ‘Delivered’, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services. We recommend USPS Priority Mail shipping at checkout for up to $100 insurance.
